DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an enthusiastic, technical support specialist to work with our customers and maximize their satisfaction.
This individual will be responsible for new customer implementations, technical support calls, user training, troubleshooting, system documentation and driving excellent customer service. This role is perfect for a candidate experienced in solving software problems over the phone and using tools like Webex. Previous customer service in software applications, and some healthcare application experience preferred.
Candidate will be responsible for the full implementation cycle for new clients, including requirements analysis, data preparation and loading, status calls and meetings, end user training, and follow up support.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Comfortable in a start-up environment; flexibility and adaptability is a must. Results-oriented and self – disciplined. Experience with software installation and maintenance on Windows Server. Knowledge of batch file scripting, SFTP file transfer mechanisms is a plus.
