Online Information Associate

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an enthusiastic, data management specialist to support our online physician profile listings.

The successful candidate will have quick typing skills, an analytical mind, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for precision. We’re looking for a long-term employee who wants to grow within our business.  If you enjoy data entry, can manage Excel spreadsheets, and have worked with information/data files, such as .csv or .txt, please contact us.

This role is perfect for a candidate with exceptional Microsoft Excel skills and experienced with web form data entry and uploading information to websites.  Previous experience with software applications, and some healthcare application experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Must have experience with Excel
  • Detailed and analytical approach to work
  • General knowledge of web applications like Google
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to work with people using web conferencing tools
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills
  • Experience working with healthcare care information preferred
  • Results oriented and self-disciplined
  • Some experience with photo editing preferred

POSITION TYPE

Part-time, 4-6 hours a day, business hours – possibly some work at home after six months
