Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital has expanded its use of PatientTrak.net by adding patient text messaging to its vast PatientTrak platform.  The text messaging system is being used in various ways to communicate with patients, letting them know status and when staff is ready to take them into treatment areas.  Houston Methodist uses PatientTrak.net to track thousands of daily patient visits throughout dozens of departments and facilities in the greater Houston area.
