ACL Laboratories – Advocate Health Care has expanded its PatientTrak system through the addition of PatientTrak’s Display Wait Time solution. This new technology enables ACL to display the current patient wait time at all of their 35 locations in the greater Chicago area on their website.
Patients can search from any Internet browser including mobile phones to find the shortest wait time and choose a location based on wait time.
This new solution steers patients to the shortest wait time improving the patient experience. This leads to more balanced staff loading across all 35 locations.
