an Internet connection. Your Organization's existing computers may be used to run the system.

What is the price of PatientTrak.net?
PatientTrak.net pricing is based on the number of yearly patient visits entered into the system. Our pricing is as low as 10 cents per patient visit record. Please contact our sales group for further detail.

Does PatientTrak.net provide reports for review and analysis?
Dozens of custom reports are available for your Organization's specific requirements. Patient Visit Count, Average Time, Patient Flow, and many other reports can be made available.

What type of computer monitor do we need?
Your existing computer monitors are sufficient for running PatientTrak.net. Some organizations find that mounting a large plasma flat screen may assist in viewing patient tracking information.

What if we want to run PatientTrak.net in-house, on our own servers?
PatientTrak.net offers the option of installing the application on your servers.

Is a handheld version available?

Yes. PatientTrak.net offers an optional PDA module for mobile viewing and recording of patient information.

Can PatientTrak.net interface with our scheduling/appointment system?
Yes. PatientTrak.net can accept files containing patient names, appointment times, and reason for visit. This allows the user to simply "move" the patient into the waiting room once the patient arrives, eliminating the need to re-key the patient's information.
